Things to do your first day
Complete these forms
- New employee packet (pdf)
- I-9 form (pdf) – Proof of identity
- Direct deposit form (pdf) – Your paycheck will be available to you in the Administrative Office each payday. However, complete this form if you wish to have your paycheck direct deposited to your bank or other financial institution.
New employee orientation
Washington University School of Medicine’s new employee Orientation Program is MANDATORY for all new staff. Orientations take place four days each month and MUST be scheduled by an HRMS representative in the administrative office. All arrangements for benefits will be handled at your orientation.
